Job Overview

We are looking for qualified and experienced MBBS doctors to join our healthcare team as Resident Medical Officers (RMO) / Duty Doctors.

The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in managing patients in ICU and Emergency / Casualty departments, with strong clinical knowledge and the ability to handle critical medical situations effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBBS
• Registration: Valid MCI / NMC or State Medical Council Registration.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU and Emergency / ER / Casualty.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Provide medical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients.
2. Manage patients admitted to the ICU and Emergency / Casualty departments.
3. Monitor patients’ clinical conditions and respond promptly to medical emergencies.
4. Conduct initial patient assessments and coordinate appropriate treatment plans.
5. Manage emergency cases and assist in critical care interventions.
6. Monitor vital signs and evaluate patients’ responses to treatment.
7. Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols.
8. Coordinate with consultants, specialists and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
9. Maintain accurate medical records, patient case sheets and clinical documentation.
10. Participate in emergency response, resuscitation and stabilisation procedures.
11. Ensure proper patient handover during shift changes.
12. Follow hospital policies, medical ethics and patient safety protocols.

Required Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
