Pre-Departure Meet 2026 – Celebrating New Beginnings

360Medicare proudly hosted a memorable Pre-Departure Meet at Hotel Burooj, Edappally on 25 July 2026, bringing together our successful candidates, their families, faculty members, and distinguished guests to celebrate the beginning of an exciting international career journey.

The event was organized to honour 25 candidates who have successfully received overseas job offers and completed or submitted their visa applications. It served as a wonderful opportunity to congratulate them, provide final guidance before departure, and strengthen the bond within the 360Medicare family.

The programme commenced with a warm Welcome Address by Jeni, Visa Team Manager, who greeted the gathering and wished all candidates success in their new journey. The event was gracefully hosted by Shruti T. Pankaj, who guided the audience through the programme.

Their inspiring presence and encouraging words motivated the candidates as they prepare to embark on their international careers.

Our Director, Shehanaz Ashraf, addressed the gathering, congratulating the candidates on their achievements and emphasizing 360Medicare’s commitment to supporting healthcare professionals throughout their global career journey. She encouraged the students to represent their profession and their homeland with excellence and dedication.

The audience was also inspired by an insightful address from Lakshmi, Academy Head, who reflected on the candidates’ learning journey and wished them continued success in their professional and personal lives abroad.

One of the highlights of the programme was an engaging interactive session with candidates who had already travelled overseas. They shared their first-hand experiences, practical tips, and valuable advice, helping the departing candidates gain confidence and realistic expectations about life and work abroad.

The gathering also featured an interactive discussion with Freddy Simon Thomas, our International Business Partner, who shared insights into international healthcare opportunities and motivated the candidates as they prepare for their new careers.

As a token of appreciation and best wishes, gifts were presented to all departing candidates, celebrating this important milestone in their lives.

The celebrations concluded with a joyful cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing new beginnings and the success of every candidate. The programme came to a close with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by Manjima, HR Executive, expressing gratitude to the chief guests, candidates, families, faculty members, and everyone who contributed to making the event a grand success.

The event concluded with a group photo session capturing memorable moments that marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our candidates.
